Terms & Conditions

1. By participating in this competition you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs"). In these T&Cs, "Zhik" means Zhik BV, "Circular Flow" means Zhik's appointed recycling partner Circular Flow, and "Partner" means a trade account approved as a Certified reZHIKle Partner.
2. Entry is open to trade accounts in Europe and the United Kingdom that are approved by Zhik as Certified reZHIKle Partners on or before the End Date. Zhik-owned or Zhik-operated stores, employees of Zhik BV and its related entities (including Zhik Pty Ltd) and their immediate families, and Zhik-sponsored athletes, teams, ambassadors, Ascenders and staff are not eligible.
3. No separate entry form is required. A Partner participates by collecting used wetsuits through the reZHIKle program and sending them to Circular Flow in accordance with the reZHIKle Partner guidelines during the Competition Period.
4. To qualify for a prize, a Partner must have a minimum of ten (10) eligible wetsuits counted towards its total in accordance with clause 7. Partners with fewer than ten (10) eligible wetsuits are not eligible for a prize regardless of their ranking.
5. An "eligible wetsuit" is a used neoprene wetsuit of any brand, in any condition, received from a consumer through the Partner's reZHIKle collection point. The following are not counted: new, unsold or ex-display stock; items that are not wetsuits, including but not limited to boots, gloves, hoods, buoyancy aids, drysuits and general apparel; and any item that does not count towards a Partner's total under clause 7.
6. Wetsuits are counted as individual units. The unit count recorded by Circular Flow on receipt at its facility in Bulgaria (for EUR Partners) or its United Kingdom facility (for UK Partners) is the definitive count for this competition. Counts declared by a Partner that differ from Circular Flow's recorded count do not apply.
7. A shipment counts towards a Partner's total only if it is received and recorded by Circular Flow on or before the End Date. Shipments despatched before the End Date but received after it do not count. Partners are responsible for allowing sufficient transit time.
8. The prizes are:
   
   • First place: EUR 1,500 Zhik trade account credit, plus two (2) tickets to the Mubadala Abu Dhabi Sail Grand Prix, 2026 Season Grand Final, held on 28 and 29 November 2026, including return economy flights, accommodation and event hospitality for two people.
   • Second place: EUR 1,000 Zhik trade account credit.
   • Third place: EUR 1,000 Zhik trade account credit.
9. Trade account credit is applied to the winning Partner's Zhik trade account and may be redeemed against future orders placed with Zhik. Credit is valid for twelve (12) months from the date it is applied, is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied to invoices already issued. For Partners whose trade account is held in a currency other than Euro, the credit will be converted at Zhik's prevailing rate on the date it is applied.
10. Places are awarded to the three (3) eligible Partners with the highest verified wetsuit counts for the Competition Period, in descending order. Where two or more Partners record an identical count, the higher place is awarded to the Partner that reached that count first, by date of receipt at Circular Flow.
11. Winners will be notified by email to the contact address held on their Zhik trade account within ten (10) days of the End Date. The first place winner must confirm acceptance and provide the full names, dates of birth and passport details of both travellers within five (5) days of notification. If a winner does not respond within the stated period, Zhik reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible Partner.
12. The two travellers must each be an owner, director or employee of the winning Partner, and must be aged 18 or over. Travellers are responsible for holding a valid passport, obtaining any visa required for entry to the United Arab Emirates, and arranging their own travel insurance. Zhik is not responsible for a traveller being unable to travel for any reason.
13. The travel prize is for the stated dates and event only. It is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative event, and cannot be deferred to another season or venue. If the winning Partner is unable to take up the travel prize, Zhik may at its discretion substitute an alternative. The event is operated by a third party and Zhik is not responsible for any change to, postponement of or cancellation of the event, or for any costs arising from it.
14. Prizes are awarded to the Partner business, not to any individual. Each winning Partner is responsible for determining and meeting any tax, duty or reporting obligation arising in its own jurisdiction from receipt of a prize.
15. Zhik reserves the right to verify the validity of any Partner's participation, and may request supporting records of collection. Zhik may disqualify any Partner that submits stock that is not genuine consumer take-back, that misdeclares quantities, or that otherwise tampers with or attempts to circumvent the conditions of this competition.
16. By participating, Partners consent to Zhik collecting and using the business and contact information necessary to administer this competition. Winning Partners may be named in Zhik marketing and communications relating to the reZHIKle program. Traveller details collected for the travel prize will be used only to arrange travel and accommodation. See Zhik's Privacy Policy for full details.
17. To the extent permitted by law, Zhik BV is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any Partner or traveller arising from participation in this competition or acceptance or use of a prize.
18. Zhik reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition or these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
19. Zhik's decision in relation to any aspect of this competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. This competition is conducted by Zhik BV and governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

ZHIK WORLD ROWING CHAMPIONSHIPS COMPETITION - AUG 2026

1. Entry is open to all attendees of the 2026 World Rowing Championships, Amsterdam. Employees of Zhik BV and its related entities (including Zhik Pty Ltd), their immediate families, and Zhik-sponsored athletes, teams, ambassadors, Ascenders, and staff are not eligible to enter.
2. The competition can only be entered by submitting the required details via the official Zhik competition form during the Competition Period. One entry per person is permitted.
3. The prize pool consists of three (3) Zhik Gift Cards, each to the value of €300. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Gift cards are redeemable at zhik.com, subject to standard gift card terms.
4. Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Competition Period closes. The draw will take place within 7 days of the Competition Period ending.

1. Entry is open to all attendees of the Australian Rowing Championships. Employees of Zhik Pty Ltd, its related entities, and their immediate families, as well as Zhik-sponsored athletes, teams, ambassadors, Ascenders, and staff, are not eligible to enter.
2. The competition can only be entered by submitting the required details via the official Zhik competition form during the Competition Period. One entry per person is permitted.
3. The prize pool consists of seven Zhik Unisuits drawn individually on a daily basis: six Zhik Performance Unisuits to the value of AUD $129.95 each (Tuesday to Saturday), and one Zhik X Unisuit to the value of AUD $159.95 (Sunday). 4. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries each evening during the Competition Period. Daily draws will take place at the Zhik tent at the Australian Rowing Championships, Lake Barrington, Tasmania.
