POWERED BY NATURE.
SailGP is the world's most high-performance sprint racing on water. The fleet of high tech and groundbreaking foiling F50 boats brings rival nations together to race head-to-head at iconic venues around the world during a fast and furious global tour. The SailGP Championship is made up of packed calendar of events which emcompases all kings of venues, weather conditions and on water racing situations. This means our racecourse is always changing, sometimes even multiple times at the same event if the conditions dictate. A culmination of 10 years of development in high-performance, foiling, multi-hull racing, the F50 was the first boat to hit 92.6 km/h (50 knots/57.5 mph) during racing and has a predicted top speed of over 100 km/h (54 knots/62 mph).
SailGP's ambition is to be the world's most sustainable and purpose-driven global sports and entertainment platform. They, like Zhik, are racing for a better future, and believe sport has the power to change the world. This means that sustianability initiatives are ingrained in everything that happens, from the gear the teams wear to the power and equipment that they use when at each event.
