Delivery
We offer free standard delivery for all orders over £120. Orders under £120 will be subject to a £15 postage rate.
Orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Zhik offers a door-to-door delivery service from our warehouse in the Netherlands, ensuring a seamless shopping experience with no unexpected import fees or hassles.
You can continue to shop as you always have, worry-free!
We aim to dispatch your order on the same business day* (for all orders placed before 12pm GMT). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Brexit Update
Orders under £135 (exclusive of VAT and shipping) will have added at cart 20% UK VAT as required to be collected by HMRC.
Orders over £135 (exclusive of VAT and shipping) will have added at cart a 20% import fee. Zhik will pay all related import VAT and import duties; your shipment will be sent under import VAT and duties pre-paid shipping terms (DDP) and you will not receive any bills from customs.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and can only be redeemed on our website www.zhik.com or in our Sydney showroom.
Gift vouchers will expire 12 months from the original date of purchase.
