What payment methods can I use?
Zhik accepts all cards connected to VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Instant Pay and Paypal. For gift vouchers, pay by entering your code in the “discount code” box on the checkout page.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by both the card issuer and us to maintain security and to prevent fraud.
Why has my payment failed?
This may be due to a fault with your card or bank. First, please check with your bank to make sure there is no fault on their side. If there are no problems there, please contact our dedicated customer service team who will be happy to help you.
How do I cancel my order?
Due to our systems being automated, we are not able to cancel orders. Any order that is no longer required and has been delivered can be returned using the returns form on our website. Visit our Returns & Warranties page for more information.
When will my payment be taken?
Your payment will be taken when your order is placed (at checkout).
I want to order an item that is now out of stock, what can I do?
Some of our items will be re-ordered and therefore available again in the near future. Some products are however seasonal or limited edition and will perhaps not be restocked again. If a product is not available and you wish to know when or if a specific product will be restocked again, you can always contact us HERE and we will help you with your product inquiry!
