WARRANTY RETURNS
To request a product return or warranty claim, please read either of the below and click to complete the required form.
RETURNS
Easy 4-step returns process:
- Submit your return via our Returns Portal using your order # and email address.
- Select the items you wish to return and the reason for return.
- Print off your pre-paid postage label and drop off at your nearest drop-off point.
- Once your return is received and checked, your refund will be issued within 7 business days.

Please make sure to include your order # in the email as reference.
Please note that a return delivery fee of £8.50 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Items must be returned in as new condition and with all original packaging and labels intact. Products must be unworn, unwashed and in a fully resalable condition. No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.
Items can be returned using the same delivery packaging it was delivered in, however please note that any items returned with postage labels attached directly to the product packaging will not be accepted for refund.
Returns will be inspected on arrival, and if approved, refunded within 7 business days. Refunds are credited back to the form of payment used for the original purchase.
Please note that customised merchandise cannot be returned.
Instead of exchanges, we now offer a more efficient process – send your unwanted product to us for a refund and place your order for the replacement directly on zhik.com. This means you'll get your replacement product much quicker!
WARRANTIES
Zhik takes great pride in the design and production of its quality products. All Zhik products are warrantied for two years from the date of purchase to the original product & owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, negligence or normal wear and tear. Our manufacturer’s warranty doesn’t override your standard regional consumer guarantees.
Zhik reserves the right to determine between manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship and normal wear-and-tear / accidental damage / improper care / negligence or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
All warranty returns are handled through your retailer/place of purchase. If you have purchased through an official Zhik retailer – your claim must be processed through them.
All warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase & high-resolution photos.
