Delivery

We offer free standard delivery for all orders over AU$150 within Australia. Orders under AU$150 will be subject to a standard rate of AU$15 within Australia. Overseas destinations will be subject to a rate calculated at checkout. Club Shop items are excluded from free shipping promotions.

  
We aim to dispatch your order on the same business day* (for all orders received before 12pm AEST). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

*During peak holiday periods (Black Friday, Christmas, New Years) we anticipate a higher volume of orders. While we commit to making our best efforts to maintain same-day dispatch, we advise customers to allow additional time for both dispatch and transit due to the increased demand on our fulfilment centres and potential delays from freight carriers during these peak holiday periods.

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by our carrier and cannot be guaranteed by Zhik.

Any applicable import duties and taxes for delivery to counties outside of Australia are the responsibility of the customer, these charges will be pre-charged at the shopping cart.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team for an update.

Orders containing Club Shop items are excluded from free shipping promotions. If you wish to have free shipping applied to your cart for non-Club shop items a separate order should be placed.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and can only be redeemed on our website www.zhik.com or in our Sydney showroom.

Gift vouchers will expire 12 months from the original date of purchase.
