Customer Service Representative
Europe | Full Time
Zhik is seeking an experienced customer service representative to service the growing market in Europe and the UK, which includes our retail partners, distributors, and online customers. This role is performed remotely from a home office and reports virtually to European Customer Operations in Spain.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end customer service management of our B2C internet customers in the UK and Europe, including inquiries via email and social channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries across channels and multiple topics including product information, sizing, and status of shipments.
• Process customer returns and warranties, including refunds.
• Process order and backorder management.
• Provide sales administrative support including credit control resolution regarding outstanding invoices and payments, new accounts, and communication about new products and promotion.
• Support the implementation of operational initiatives to continually improve the customer journey.
• Identify opportunities to add value to every customer's experience.
• Be proactive in your approach to solving customer issues.
• Continually promote our brand and products by being helpful and informative.
Key Skillset:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service and / or sales role; water sports or marine industries preferred.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written as this is our corporate language.
• Additional languages would be preferable, although not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and established organisational skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously.
• Problem solving abilities.
• A passion for water sports and an understanding of the lifestyle and DNA of water sports
• You must be willing to work occasionally outside of regular business hours for contact with our global team.
