Zhik Sailing Hiking Gear

Zhik’s hiking gear is trusted by dinghy sailors worldwide to deliver comfort, durability, and maximum hiking power. With patented designs like Powerpads®, Hiker Suits, and Deckbeaters®, our range helps you hike harder, for longer, without compromise.

Powerpads®

Zhik’s patented Powerpads® have redefined hiking comfort. Worn under a wetsuit or drysuit, their ergonomic design and soft foam panels provide unrestrictive support, refined over 18 years with world-class athlete feedback.

Hiker Suits – Superwarm® & Microfleece™

Our Hiker Suits combine thermal insulation with integrated, removable EVA foam pads. The Superwarm® Hiker is optimised for cold conditions, with fleece linings and durable abrasion panels. The Microfleece™ Hiker is the versatile all-rounder, offering flexibility, warmth, and manoeuvrability in moderate climates.

Deckbeaters®

Designed for keelboats and long sessions on hard decks, Deckbeater® shorts and pants feature ergonomically contoured padding and breathable neoprene with fast drainage. Lightweight and compact, they can be worn alone or layered under your gear for lasting comfort.

All Zhik hiking gear is athlete-tested, competition-proven, and built with advanced fabrics like Zhiktex™ II for abrasion resistance. Whether racing at the top level or training locally, Zhik delivers hiking solutions trusted by champions.
