Terms & Conditions

1. Entry is open to Australian residents only. Employees of Zhik Pty Ltd, its related entities, and their immediate families, as well as Zhik-sponsored athletes, teams, ambassadors, Ascenders, and staff, are not eligible to enter.
2. The competition can only be entered by submitting the required details via the official Zhik competition form during the Competition Period. One entry per person is permitted.
3. The prize consists of two Zhik store credit vouchers to the value of AUD $250 each. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
4. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. Winners will be selected after competition end date.
5. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw, Zhik reserves the right to redraw the prize.
6. The store credit will be applied to the winner’s Zhik account within fourteen (14) days of confirmation. Winners may be required to create a Zhik.com account to redeem the prize. Store credit can only be redeemed on purchases made at www.zhik.com when signed in to the applicable account.
7. By entering, participants consent to Zhik Pty Ltd collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition and for direct marketing, including receiving news, product updates, and promotional communications. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
8. Zhik reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these T&Cs.
9. To the extent permitted by law, Zhik Pty Ltd is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant arising from participation in this competition or acceptance of the prize.
10. Zhik reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition or these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
11. Zhik’s decision in relation to any aspect of this competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

1. Zhik’s Black Friday Sale is only available for purchases of items online at zhik.com during the Sale Period. 
2. As such, the discounted pricing advertised in this Sale Period will not be available on purchases at any of Zhik’s showrooms and items are not available for pickup (click and collect). 
3. Discounts offered as part of this Sale Period are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount, unless otherwise stated.
4. The discount offered does not apply to any duties, taxes, or shipping charges.

8. Zhik does not provide exchanges, and our standard Returns Policy applies for items purchased under this promotion. If you need to purchase a Replacement Item, please place this purchase online and return your unwanted product for a refund.
9. Replacement Items are re-purchases of the same product in a different size or colour.
10. At the sole discretion of our team, the promotion discount may be available up to 30 days following the end of the promotion period on purchases of Replacement Items (see point above) if stock is still available (as there will be no back orders, lay-bys, or stock reservations).
11. If we cannot fulfil your order (or part of your order) the items not available will be cancelled by us, you will receive a notification, and your payment for the items not available will be refunded in full. 
12. During the Sale Period, we anticipate a higher volume of orders. While we commit to making our best efforts to maintain next-day dispatch, we advise customers to allow additional time for both dispatch and transit due to the increased demand on our fulfilment centres and potential delays from freight carriers.
13. Zhik reserves the right to change the terms of this Sale Period without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions

1. By entering this competition you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&C’s”)
2. This competition can only be entered by providing the required details to Zhik between the Start Date and End Date.
3. Current Zhik Team Riders, Ascenders & sponsored athletes/teams, Staff and families are not eligible to participate in this competition.
4. All eligible entries will go in the draw to win an AUD $1,000 Zhik Voucher or equivalent amount in USD, GBP, NZD, CAD or EUR.
5. All eligible entries must have a Zhik.com account and be following ZhikGlobal on Instagram.
6. The winner will be the first person to showcase the trophy location to Zhik via the ZhikGlobal Instagram account along with complying with all the competition requirements.
7. The winner will be notified via Instagram and Zhik's decision is final.  
8. If Zhik cannot reach the drawn winner within 24hrs of initiating communication, the prize will be re-drawn and given to a second winner, and so on.  
9. The winners Zhik Voucher will be loaded to their Zhik Account.
10. The voucher can only be redeemed through purchases at Zhik.com when signed in to their account.
11. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
