To request a product return or warranty claim, please read either of the below and click to complete the required form.
RETURNS
If you need to return a product for a refund, you can return to us via our Returns Portal within 30 days of purchase.
If for any reason you have issues lodging your return please contact our customer service team at eursales@zhik.com
Please make sure to include your order # in the email as reference.
Please note that you will be responsible for the delivery charges associated with returning the product to us. Please note that any applicable Import Tax & Duty are non-refundable.
Customers returning items from outside of the EU will also be liable for import duty & taxes into The Netherlands.

Products must be returned in original condition to be accepted as a return. Products must be unworn, unwashed and in a fully resalable condition. Returned items must be accompanied by all packaging, swing-tags and any related accessories and instruction booklets. Product packaging should be left unmarked with no stamps or labels affixed. Please note that customised merchandise cannot be returned.
No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled. Items can be returned using the same delivery packaging it was delivered in, however please note that any items returned with postage labels attached directly to the product packaging will not be accepted for refund.
Returns will be inspected on arrival, and if the above conditions are met, a refund will be issued for the returned products within 7 business days. Refunds are credited back to the form of payment used for the original purchase.
Instead of exchanges, we now offer a more efficient process – send your unwanted product to us for a refund and place your order for the replacement directly on zhik.com - this means you'll get your replacement product much quicker!
WARRANTIES
Zhik takes great pride in the design and production of its quality products. All Zhik products are warrantied to the original owner for a period of two years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Our manufacturer’s warranty doesn’t override your standard regional consumer guarantees.
Zhik reserves the right to determine between manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship and normal wear-and-tear, accidental damage, improper care, negligence or the natural breakdown of materials (for example, latex seals), or the fading of colours over time and use.
All warranty returns are handled through your retailer or place of purchase. If you have purchased through an official Zhik retailer – your claim must be processed through them.
All warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and high-resolution photos.
For all Items that have been Custom Branded, Zhik does not provide any warranty for the actual transfers, embroidery, silkscreen or the method of application, but will provide a warranty on the actual garment only, as outlined above.
