Delivery
We offer free standard delivery for all orders over €150 to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France1, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain2 & Sweden.
^Free shipping for all orders over €250 is available to Cyprus, Greece, Malta, Monaco, Norway and Switzerland
^Free shipping is not available to Israel, Turkey & United Arab Emirates.
Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be subject to flat postage rate at checkout based on delivery location.
We aim to dispatch your order on the same business day* (for all orders placed before 1pm CET). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
*During peak holiday periods (Black Friday, Christmas, New Years) we anticipate a higher volume of orders. While we commit to making our best efforts to maintain same-day dispatch, we advise customers to allow additional time for both dispatch and transit due to the increased demand on our fulfilment centres and potential delays from freight carriers during these peak holiday periods.
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

2 Canary Islands – Free shipping is not available to the Canary Islands.
#Canary Islands - Orders to the Canary Islands are subject to customs clearance and import charges. All customers in the Canary Islands must be registered taxpayers with the local authorities and may be asked to provide their tax ID to the carrier.
*Customers shipping to countries outside of the European Union are displayed pricing exclusive of tax and will have their orders subject to import duties and taxes of their destination country. These charges will be pre-charged at checkout. These countries include but are not limited to Israel, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and can only be redeemed on our website www.zhik.com or in our Sydney showroom.
Gift vouchers will expire 12 months from the original date of purchase.
