MADE TO ORDER

» Is there a minimum order quantity per item?

Yes — 20 units per garment style per gender. This keeps production efficient and quality consistent across your order.

» Can I order and customise other items Zhik makes?

No, customisation is limited to the items featured in our Teamwear booklet. These products have been specifically selected for Made to Order projects to ensure quality and consistency.

» Will I get physical samples before I commit to a production?

We don't offer physical pre-production samples. Instead, we work through a structured digital approval process — colour swatches, design proofs, and construction specs — agreed before production starts.

» What are the payment/refund terms?

Full payment is required upfront before production begins. Because everything is custom, we can't offer refunds — but if something's wrong with your order, contact our team and we'll work through it with you directly.

» Can Zhik design a logo or graphical print for me?

We can help refine graphic prints and design elements within the kit — placement, layout, and applying your design across pieces. We don't offer a logo redraw service. Please supply your logo in high-resolution vector format (EPS, AI, or SVG).

» What printing techniques are available?

Sublimation is our primary technique for Made to Order — full-colour designs with excellent durability. Screen-printing, heat transfer, and embroidery are available on selected applications and fabrics.

» How many product design variations can I have?

We offer a structured three-stage revision process to refine your designs before production.

» Can I change the features or pattern of a garment?

No. Customisation is limited to colour, print design, and logo placement. The garment's core construction and pattern stay as designed.

» Are there additional costs involved?

Freight is the main additional cost and will be quoted as part of your order based on quantity and destination.

BRANDED

» Is there a minimum order quantity?

There's no minimum quantity. You can order a small run. A minimum branding charge applies to small orders, since decoration setup is the main cost driver. We'll set this out clearly in your quote.

» What file format should I provide my logo in?

Vector format - EPS, AI, or SVG.

» Can Zhik design or recreate my logo?

We don't offer a logo redraw service. Please supply your logo as a high-resolution vector file (EPS, AI, or SVG) for the best print quality.

» What printing techniques are available?

Heat Transfer and Embroidery

» How durable is Heat Transfering?

Modern PU heat transfers are thin, flexible, and full-colour, and on technical performance fabrics they're as durable as screen printing.

» Is there a minimum logo print size?

Yes - usually 15x15mm minimum to maintain print quality.

» Can my logo be placed anywhere?

No - each garment has specific areas that work best for branding. We'll work with you to confirm the best placement and size for your logo based on the products in your order.
