Zhik.com is owned and operated by Zhik Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number: 55 092 422 627). By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time. By purchasing an item advertised on this website and/or by completing the registration process to become a member of zhik.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Zhik.com may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately.

Copyrights and Restrictions

All material on this site, including, but not limited to images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights which are owned by Zhik Pty Ltd and its related companies. Material on this website is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Other than material specifically listed in the downloads pages, any material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means, without the express prior written consent of Zhik Pty Ltd. The use of this website and these conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced under the laws of Australia. By using this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Warranty

Zhik takes great pride in the design and production of its quality products. All Zhik products are warrantied to the original owner for a period of two years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Our manufacturer’s warranty doesn’t override your standard regional consumer guarantees.

Zhik reserves the right to determine between manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship and normal wear-and-tear, accidental damage, improper care, negligence or the natural breakdown of materials (for example, latex seals), or the fading of colours over time and use.

All warranty returns are handled through your retailer or place of purchase. If you have purchased through an official Zhik retailer – your claim must be processed through them.

All warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and high-resolution photos.

For all Items that have been Custom Branded, Zhik does not provide any warranty for the actual transfers, embroidery, silkscreen or the method of application, but will provide a warranty on the actual garment only, as outlined above.

Delivery & Returns

We offer a range of free and paid shipping options dependant on your location. Club Shop items are excluded from free shipping promotions.

If you need to return a product for a refund, you can do so by completing our Returns Form within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be returned in original condition in order to be accepted as a return.
And you will be responsible for the delivery charges associated with returning the product to us. 
Please note that applicable Tax & Duty are non-refundable.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and can only be redeemed on our website www.zhik.com or in our Sydney showroom.
Gift vouchers sold in Australia and New Zealand will expire 36 months from the original date of purchase, and 12 months from date of purchase in all other jurisdictions, countries and regions.

Privacy

Your privacy is always protected at Zhik and you can be assured that none of your personal information will be passed onto any third parties zhik.com needs to collect personal information from you such as your name, delivery address, contact phone numbers, email address and credit card details to process your order. The information collected may also be used to inform you of additional products, services and specials. All marketing material sent to you will include an ‘opt out’ function whereby you can remove yourself from receiving any future marketing material. For more info Click Here.

Security and protection of sensitive information is paramount at Zhik. Zhik is a secure site using the industry standard for encryption technology, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to guarantee security and uses an encrypted and secure system to process credit cards. Information on the website Whilst every effort is made to update the information contained on this website, neither Zhik Pty Ltd or an affiliated business makes any representations or warranties, whether express, implied in law or residual, as to the sequence, accuracy, completeness or reliability of information, opinions, research information, data and/or content contained on the website. Zhik Pty Ltd reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue without notice, any product, aspect or feature of this website.

Early Access Promotions & Competitions

By registering for any of our early access promotions, competitions or special offers, registrants agree and accept that their personal data may be used for direct marketing purposes by Zhik and agree to receiving news and/or promotional offers or other marketing materials. Participants may opt out of this at any time.

Notify Me (when product is back in stock)

The aim of our ‘Notify Me’ service is to inform our customers and visitors when an item is back in stock and is available for purchase. By subscribing to our ‘Notify Me’ alerts you agree to receive “back in stock” emails, as applicable, and subscribe to marketing emails from Zhik.

Any personal information collected from use of the ‘Notify Me’ service by you will be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Zhik Account

1. The Zhik Account Holder Program (“the Program”) is a customer loyalty program offered by Zhik (“we” or “us”) to customers who meet the eligibility requirements described below.  This Program is valid online on the Zhik website. It is not available at retail stores or showrooms.

2. When you create a user account on the zhik.com website and confirm your agreement to the Terms and Conditions, you will be enrolled in the Program. 

3. By creating an account and/or enrolling in the Program via your zhik.com account, you agree (or, if you are under the age of majority, you have obtained your parent or legal guardian’s consent) to participate in the Program. 

4. By participating in the Program, you will be subscribed to receive communications from Zhik, some of which may be commercial in nature. 

5. As an account holder you are therefore also a member of the Program and membership or enrolment in the Program is limited to one membership per person.

6. If you have an existing partnership or commercial account with Zhik you are not eligible to participate in the Program. Membership and any benefits derived from membership in the Program are not transferrable and cannot be used for commercial purposes.

7. The Terms and Conditions that apply to the Program may be updated from time to time by us.

8. By signing up for membership of the Program you agree that you have read, understood and accept the Zhik’s Privacy Policy. Personal information provided will be managed in accordance with Zhik’s Privacy Policy.

9. We may offer discounted pricing or exclusive deals to Program members from time to time on Zhik products, including on specific product ranges or multi-buy offers. Please check the additional terms and conditions which will apply to each offer at the time the offer is made.

10. When you become a member of the Program, you agree that we may collect your personal information (including for example name, email address, phone number, postal address, age range) for the purpose of communicating with you as a member of the Program, for marketing, to provide you with Program offers, to provide you with benefits under the Program (such as your Anniversary Voucher) and provide you with information about Zhik. By accepting membership in the Program and providing information to us, you agree to be contacted for this purpose.

11. You can opt out of receiving marketing information from the Program at any time if you choose to do so by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any email we send you or contacting Zhik Customer Service team.

12. By accepting membership of the Program, you agree to these terms and conditions and any variation. You also agree to provide us with any changes to your contact details from time to time.

13. We reserve the right to terminate the Program at any time and we will provide you fair and adequate notice if we decide to do this.

14. Any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate termination of your membership in the Program and all related benefits without further notice to you.
