How quickly can we start earning Zhik credit?
As soon as your club has a unique tracking link and members start using it to shop, you’re eligible to earn credit. There’s no waiting period.
Why do we need to use a club email rather than a personal email?
We use a club email (e.g. general.manager@club.com) to verify eligibility, manage rewards, and ensure continuity as club contacts change. All credit and communications are tied to this email.
Do we need to meet any minimum requirements?
No minimums, no contracts. Just share your link. If your members shop, your club earns.
How will we know how much Zhik credit we’ve earned?
You’ll receive a quarterly email summary showing total member purchases and your earned credit balance. Real-time tracking is in development.
When is Zhik credit issued to our account?
Credit is issued at the end of each quarter and applied directly to your club’s account.
How long is our Zhik credit valid?
All Zhik credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
How do members connect to our club in the system?
All they need to do is click your club’s unique link and log in or create a Zhik account. They’ll be linked to your club automatically.
Do members need to use our link every time they shop?
No. Once they’ve clicked the link and signed in, they’re linked to your club for all future purchases.
Can we combine Zhik credit with other promotions?
Yes. Your club credit is usable at checkout on the final purchase value.
What Zhik products can we purchase with our credit?
Club credit can be used on any Zhik gear online, including technical apparel, accessories, and outerwear.
Does this program include custom-branded teamwear?
No.
