Delivery

We offer free standard delivery for all orders over NZ$200. Orders under NZ$200 will be subject to a calculated postage rate at checkout based on delivery location.

We aim to dispatch your order on the same business day* (for all orders received before 3pm NZDT). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

*During peak holiday periods (Black Friday, Christmas, New Years) we anticipate a higher volume of orders. While we commit to making our best efforts to maintain same-day dispatch, we advise customers to allow additional time for both dispatch and transit due to the increased demand on our fulfilment centres and potential delays from freight carriers during these peak holiday periods. 

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
Zhik doesn't charge tax on orders over NZ$1000 as these may incur a customs charge which will have to be paid upon importation.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and can only be redeemed on our website www.zhik.com or in our Sydney showroom.

Gift vouchers will expire 12 months from the original date of purchase.
